Drawing from personal heartbreak and lived experience with ADHD, Chloe Poli turns vulnerability into connection.

Your new music feels very personal. What themes have been shaping your songwriting lately?

It’s more about self-discovery—me figuring out who I am, both as a person and as an artist. I went through a breakup, and I just started writing all these songs. But it’s also about me having ADHD and learning how that fits into my life and relationships.

That’s such an honest space to write from.

Yeah. There’s a track called “Would You Still Love Me?” and it’s about neurotypical people not always understanding neurodivergent experiences. I’m neurodivergent myself, so it’s really about dealing with that and expressing how it feels.

That kind of vulnerability really connects with people. You’ve also got a show coming up soon, right?

I do! I can’t wait to perform these songs with a full band at The Workers Club on the 22nd of November.

That’s exciting. Who’s joining you on the lineup?

We’ve got Kaylah Jordyn, and Mickky opening for us. They’re all amazing artists—so talented, just so good. People should absolutely come down and see them.

And the best part?

It’s free, and it’s in the middle of the day—so no excuses. You need to come down, see the show… go!

Love that energy. Thanks so much for chatting with I Don’t Blame You Media!
